Scaling a Connected GPS Tracking Platform with an Embedded Team
MyGPSing is a Sofia-based provider of GPS systems and devices for vehicles and fleets, farm animals, pets, wild animals, bee hives and assets. Voidweb extends the MyGPSing team with a dedicated developer and QA engineer, and brings business know-how on how the platform should work and grow.

Three connected applications, one product.
Growing a consumer IoT product meant shipping new device types, monetisation features and fixes across three applications that share one server and one database - without building a full in-house engineering team.
MyGPSing needed engineering capacity that could plug straight into the product, take ownership of the code and be accountable task by task.
- 01Three connected applications An admin panel, a web store with checkout and a mobile app, where a change in one almost always affects the other two
- 02A fast-growing device portfolio Vehicles, pets, wild animals, GPS Gateways and BLE tags, each with its own data and screens
- 03Subscriptions, licences and payments That must stay correct across web, mobile and back office
- 04Three languages BG / EN / GR on every screen, page and email
- 05A long product backlog Competing for limited engineering capacity
- 06Predictable delivery and full transparency On hours and progress
Embedded Development & QA Team
Voidweb provided a dedicated team working as an extension of MyGPSing: a Full-stack Developer (admin panel, web store and mobile app), a QA Engineer and a Project Manager / delivery coordination.
MyGPSing sets the priorities; Voidweb owns delivery end to end - from estimate to production.
Per-task estimates
Split into development and testing hours, before work starts
Dev → QA → client sign-off → production
So nothing reaches users untested
Proactive updates
When a task is ready, early, delayed or needs input
Weekly review
A meeting and written report: hours by task, what is in testing and in production, out-of-scope work and the plan for the week ahead
One connected system.
Voidweb extended the platform to support GPS Gateway devices and Bluetooth (BLE) tags.
Voidweb ran a structured QA review of MyGPSing as one connected system, not three separate products.
Through its partnership with Voidweb, MyGPSing:
Offers a dedicated vehicles experience in its mobile app
Runs a predictable Dev → QA → production release flow across three applications
Has a system-wide QA baseline with documented test coverage
Gets business consulting on features, user tracking and monetisation alongside development
Scales engineering capacity in line with its roadmap
Voidweb's team works like part of our own company. Every week I know exactly what was done, what is in testing and what goes live next - and new features reach our customers tested and ready.
Why Voidweb
MyGPSing benefited from Voidweb's product development model: capacity without the hiring overhead; business know-how, not just code; ownership, not just hours; transparency and trust; and a local team working in the same language.
