Building an internal learning platform for a global consulting organization introduced a set of complex challenges.
To meet these challenges, Provify required a partner capable of operating at true product level - balancing usability, system design, performance, and enterprise-grade controls.

Voidweb provided a dedicated, cross-functional team working as an extension of Provify's organization: Product Owner, Team Lead, Senior Product Designer, front-end and back-end developers, QA, and DevOps / Consultant.
This structure enabled end-to-end ownership - from discovery and design to delivery, optimization, and ongoing evolution.
Voidweb helped Provify unify learning, assessment, and governance into a single, cohesive platform – simple for end users, while supporting complex enterprise needs behind the scenes.

Role-aware experiences
Learners, brand admins, and Super Admins each get an experience that minimizes friction and cognitive load while maintaining clarity and control.

Credentialing and assessment
A flexible credentialing system with multi-level credentials, an assessment player with autosave and progress tracking, and full quiz lifecycle control with CSV import/export.

AI-assisted grading
AI analyzes free-text answers beyond exact match and grades them where confidence thresholds are met, while evaluators can review, adjust, or approve the suggested scores.

AI question quality
AI evaluates quiz questions across criteria such as clarity, relevance, difficulty alignment, and ambiguity, generates a quality score, and suggests improvements when scores fall below thresholds, so authors can refine questions before publication.

Skills graph
Behind every credential sits a navigable skills graph: a visual hierarchy of domains and sub-skills, with ownership, documentation, and metadata per node.

Governance and control
Fine-grained roles and permissions, brand and domain-specific admin controls, system logs for full traceability, and bulk CSV import/export for auditing and maintenance.
Design system
A living design system.
A major redesign completely transformed the look and feel of the platform into a more professional and user-friendly experience, improving usability, simplifying navigation, and modernizing the visual language.
To support long-term evolution, Voidweb established a living design system: typography, color, layout, tables, and patterns, with reusable components for rapid iteration and consistent UX across new and existing features.
