Every December the whole team heads up to the rooftop, someone digs out the party hats, and Erik does the honours with the champagne. This year was no different: a cold, bright Plovdiv afternoon, the old tiled roofs behind us, and the people who spent the last twelve months building things side by side.
We won't pretend 2025 was an easy year. It asked a lot of everyone. But the folks in these photos are the reason it worked - the designers, the developers, the ones keeping client work on track and the ones quietly building what comes next. They showed up, week after week, and that's really the whole story.
There was Moët, a table full of little wrapped treats, a few pairs of ridiculous glasses, and the kind of loose, easy conversation you only get once the pressure's off for an afternoon. We also managed to toast the year properly, which felt earned.
We're walking into 2026 leaner, sharper, and a lot clearer about what we're building. Same rooftop, same people, bigger plans.
