Its global service ecosystem spans multiple user roles, geographies, and organizational contexts — each with different responsibilities and operational priorities.
To meet these challenges, International SOS needed a design team capable of operating at a senior product level, not just executing screens — but shaping solutions.

Voidweb embedded a dedicated team of four senior product designers into International SOS’s product organization: 1 Team Lead Product Designer and 3 Senior Product Designers.
The team operated as an extension of the internal product team, fully aligned with product owners, managers, and engineering stakeholders.
This approach ensured that features moved into development clear, validated, and implementation-ready, reducing rework and ambiguity.

Alongside feature delivery, Voidweb actively maintained and evolved the International SOS design system: proposing system-level improvements, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across the platform, documenting new components, patterns, and updates, and supporting scalability across teams and future features.
This allowed the product to grow without design fragmentation — critical for a platform operating at global scale.
A core focus of the engagement was making complex information easy to understand: simplifying dense data into clear, scannable interfaces, designing intuitive navigation and decision-support flows, and creating screens that help users quickly orient themselves in ongoing situations.
