– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
– Translate complex ideas and business goals into elegant and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
– Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and devices.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
– 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or other relevant software.
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
– Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to inform design decisions.
– Excellent visual design skills with a focus on typography, color theory, and layout.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to design challenges.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
– Solid collaboration and communication skills, able to present design concepts and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
– Proficiency in English
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
– Experience working in the Education sector or on projects with similar complexity.
– Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions.
